Properties

When you build a custom home, it is just that: custom. In the business this is known as Design Build, meaning that each and every project is a unique expression of the client's desires.

Working with a stable of vastly experienced custom home architects and designers, Chase Custom Homes seeks to bring the client’s vision into reality, a home that exceeds dreams and expectations. Gathering a wide range of information, from anticipated budgets and size requirements, to every single small detail on finishes that will make the new house the actual manifestation of a dream, Chase Custom Homes leaves nothing to chance.

Our architects complete detailed plans, then we bid out each and every aspect of the project, and then, if necessary, re-plan to make sure every detail can be delivered as promised, on budget and on time. All of this is detailed in our exclusive Bid Book, the "bible" of each project that is shared with clients and every contractor and subcontractor involved. Everyone knows exactly what is expected, what and when it is due, and any unexpected contingencies that occur. There are no surprises — except the surprise that the new home is better than ever expected.

Chase Custom Homes. An address for a lifetime.
